Sergio is a native of El Paso, Texas, and has lived in Phoenix, Arizona for the last 21 years. In 2021, Sergio retired as an Administrator after 20 years of service with the State of Arizona. He is ready to build long-lasting relationships with our customers and his primary goal is to meet the customer’s needs when it comes to insurance.

Pilar, who is a Colombian business administrator, is characterized by being an analytical and empathetic person, with extensive experience working in the areas of customer service and finance in different companies in her country and the United States. 

Marygold is a dedicated Administrative Assistant with seven years of experience providing virtual support. With a degree in Computer Engineering, she brings a tech-savvy approach to back-end administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
