Sergio is a native of El Paso, Texas, and has lived in Phoenix, Arizona for the last 21 years. In 2021, Sergio retired as an Administrator after 20 years of service with the State of Arizona. He is ready to build long-lasting relationships with our customers and his primary goal is to meet the customer’s needs when it comes to insurance.

As an insurance agent, Heidi has helped countless clients find plans that fit their lifestyles and give them peace of mind. Introducing Trey Holloway, a life insurance agent with over a decade of experience in customer service. Graduating from Northwest Vista College, Trey's passion for helping others extends beyond his professional life. In his free time, he coaches basketball, instilling teamwork and discipline in young athletes. Trey also dedicates his time to mentoring young adults, guiding them towards their goals and aspirations. Balancing his career and hobbies, Trey cherishes his role as a loving family man with two wonderful kids, finding fulfillment in both his professional and personal life.

Pilar, who is a Colombian business administrator, is characterized by being an analytical and empathetic person, with extensive experience working in the areas of customer service and finance in different companies in her country and the United States. 

Angelica is an Industrial Engineer with more than 3 years in the Customer Support area, skilled in solving customer service issues. She is one of our Customer Representative Specialist and her main goal is to deliver the best experience to our customers while assuming and managing their concerns with empathy and communication, cultivating a positive image of the company.

Alexandra is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with extensive experience across all areas related to Customer Care. She is devoted to help our clients finding the best solution for them and their needs.

Junior, with a degree in Business Administration and significant experience in Finance and customer service, has the fundamental objective of building customer loyalty, making them feel that they are in the best hands and that trust and transparency are important added value.
