FERNIE RIZO

I began my professional career in education, where I developed a passion for helping others understand complex topics and make informed decisions. In 2012, I transitioned into the insurance industry with the same purpose—to educate, advocate for, and protect the individuals, families, and business owners who place their trust in me.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of clients navigate everything from first-time home purchases and auto insurance to complex commercial risks and specialty coverage. My approach has always been simple: take the time to listen, explain insurance in plain language, and recommend solutions that truly fit each client’s needs—not just sell a policy.
Today, as the founder and Principal of Rizo Insurance Group, I lead a team that shares those same values. We believe every client deserves honest guidance, responsive service, and access to the best insurance solutions available. When a situation requires specialized expertise or a unique market, we collaborate with trusted carrier partners and industry specialists to ensure our clients receive the protection they deserve.

DAVID RANGEL

Born and raised in San Antonio, I’ve always enjoyed getting to know people and helping however I can.

My background in restaurant management taught me to listen well and work with all kinds of personalities. That foundation carried into my time at New York Life, where I learned how to guide families through important financial and insurance decisions and how much it matters to have an advisor who actually sticks around.
I’m easygoing, people-focused, and always up for a good conversation.
Whether you’re shopping for auto, home, renters, commercial, or specialty insurance, my goal is simple: help you understand your coverage, protect what matters most, and give you confidence that you’re prepared for whatever life brings.

JACKIE RABAGO

I’ve always enjoyed working with people and being someone others can rely on. My background in restaurant management taught me the importance of patience, teamwork, and supporting others through life’s everyday challenges. Those experiences naturally led me into the insurance industry, where I found that I genuinely enjoy helping people understand things that can often feel overwhelming.

Today, I specialize in home and auto insurance, and I love taking the time to answer questions, explain coverages in a way that makes sense, and help people feel comfortable with their decisions. Building relationships and making a positive difference, no matter how big or small, is my favorite part of what I do.

CAROLINA JARAMILLO

At Rizo Insurance, I bring my background in Social Communication, bilingual customer service, and commercial advisory to help clients feel understood and confident throughout their insurance journey. I’m naturally organized, detail-oriented, and always ready to find solutions with patience and a smile.
For me, insurance is about people first. My goal is to make every conversation feel simple, every question feel welcome, and every client feel like they have someone they can count on.

JULIANA MORALES

I’ve always been curious about finding better ways to solve problems and create smoother experiences. My passion for technology and learning has shaped the way I approach challenges, but what motivates me most is using those skills to help people.
With a background in programming, e-commerce, and data analysis, I bring a detail-focused and solution-oriented mindset to my work at Rizo Insurance. I enjoy listening to clients, understanding what they need, and helping guide them through the process with clarity and confidence.
